Cette magnifique maison de vacances a été rénovée en 2014 dans un style traditionnel. Elle offre beaucoup de confort et une belle atmosphère. Au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve la cuisine avec un coin repas ainsi qu'une salle de jeux avec une table de billard et un grand salon avec une cheminée assure la convivialité. Des escaliers intérieurs mènent au premier étage avec les chambres à coucher et une salle de jeux avec PlayStation. Le terrain est divisé en deux. La petite partie sert de parking couvert, tandis que la grande partie en cascade abrite la piscine et une terrasse couverte. L'accès à cette partie se fait par le salon. Porec se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture.
